1. Who we are

Demerzel Studio LLC ("Demerzel Studio", "we", "us") is a software studio that builds B2B and B2C software, including quality-management and compliance platforms, mobile applications, and QA & software-testing services. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with this website (demerzelstudio.com) and our services. Individual products may publish their own, more specific policies — those govern the data practices inside each product.

2. Scope

This policy covers the demerzelstudio.com marketing website and any information you send us directly (for example, by email or through the contact form). It does not replace the product-specific privacy policies of our applications, each of which has its own document:

3. What this website collects

This site is a static website. We have deliberately kept it minimal:

• No analytics SDKs. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party behavioral-tracking script.
• No advertising cookies. The site does not set tracking cookies or advertising identifiers.
• Contact form. The contact form does not send data to a server. It opens your own email client with the message pre-filled, so the only thing that reaches us is the email you choose to send (your name, email address, and message).
• Hosting logs. Like any website, our hosting and CDN providers may process standard server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
• Fonts. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those font files.

4. Information you send us

When you email us or submit the contact form, we receive the information you include — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use it solely to respond to you and to provide the services you ask about. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers, each with its own privacy policy:

• Fly.io — application hosting. fly.io/legal/privacy-policy
• Cloudflare — CDN and DNS. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
• Google Fonts — web font delivery. policies.google.com/privacy

We do not share information with anyone outside what is necessary to operate the site and respond to you. We do not sell personal data.

6. Children

This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Product-specific policies (such as Piano Hero's) address children where relevant.

7. Data retention

Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our ordinary business records, after which they are deleted. Server and CDN logs follow the retention defaults of our providers.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address in Section 10. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, and within 30 days where a specific legal timeframe applies.

9. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle information, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. This document is versioned in source control, so the full history is auditable.
