These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at demerzelstudio.com and the services offered by Demerzel Studio LLC ("Demerzel Studio", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. What we provide

Demerzel Studio is a software studio. Through this website we present our work and offerings, which include B2B and B2C software, quality-management and compliance platforms, mobile applications, and QA & software-testing services. This website itself is informational; engagements for paid services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Demerzel Studio, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.

3. Product-specific terms

Our individual products and platforms have their own terms and policies, which apply in addition to (and, where they conflict, instead of) these Terms for that product:

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the site or services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to disrupt them; (c) copy, scrape, or republish site content except as permitted by law; or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

The site, its design system, text, graphics, logos, and code are owned by Demerzel Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The name "Demerzel Studio" and our product names and logos are our marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use them without our prior written permission. Open-source components we publish are governed by their own license terms.

The site links to third-party sites and platforms (for example, our product platforms and external services). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the website is limited to USD 100. Liability under any paid-services agreement is governed by that agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States.
